Sisa Bistro, our Second Restaurant, is Now Open!

Due to constant feedback regarding the lack of ambiance in Pilya, we have now opened our second restaurant called Sisa Bistro. It is located along the Panglao Island Circumferential Road, 400 meters from Pilya or McDonalds towards the direction of the new airport.

Sisa Bistro, has a different set of menu but very similar to Pilya. It also showcases a few wall murals from local artists. Come Check us out!

Signature Drinks

First on the drinks menu, would be the “Refreshing Citrus Cucumber Orange“.  If you don’t eat vegetables, you can at least drink them!cucumber

Next on the list is our Lychee Cooler. If you’ve had enough mango and banana shake and would like another that’s is just as refreshing, you should go for this!

If you still can’t decide among the exotic drinks and would like to go with something safe, but still a very cold drink, Frozen Iced Tea should do the deal.

Coming from too much partying the night before and and would like to get something really healthy, Detox Water is calling you. Loaded with ginger, lemon slices, and cucumber slices.

It’s a soupy kind of day!

Rainy days are here and we have added some soup items on the menu. Visit us inside Uptown In and tell us what you think!

We have our own version of laksa, and call it Spicy Noodle Soup. It is cooked with laksa curry, chicken strips, lobster ball and fish cake. It is infused with lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves. The perfect meal on a rainy day.

IMG_7844Another addition is the famous Kansi soup of the Ilonggos. Kansi is the Ilonggo’s version of sinigang and bulalo combined. The beef bone marrow is slow cooked in a sour broth with annatto oil, lemon grass and some greens.  Pilya! did our own version and added rice noodles and replaced some vegetables that are not available here in Bohol.

The next time you are in Alona Beach, you know where to find us!
