Our best seller, the Pinoy Adobo Beef Ribs. Slow cooked for 4 hours to make sure the meat falls off the bone. Simmered with soy sauce, vinegar and some spices, our very own take on adobo. This dish is served with Indian rice.
The PINOY Best Seller, Bicol Express. Cooked by a Bicolano who has never been to Bicol. The origin of this dish is from the province of Bicol. Pork cubes cooked in coconut milk, long chili peppers, shrimp paste, onions and garlic. This is cooked spicy but the level of spiciness may be adjusted to your taste.
Another addition in our soup menu is the famous Kansi soup of the Ilonggos. Kansi is the Ilonggo’s version of sinigang and bulalo combined. The beef bone marrow is slow cooked in a sour broth with annatto oil, lemon grass and some greens. Pilya! did our own version and added rice noodles and replaced some vegetables that are not available here in Bohol.
